OUR MISSION
Every day, we aim to accomplish a fundamental humanist mission: to help people meet complex challenges, foster self-understanding, and give them the keys and methods to care for themselves and others.
We enable people to use traditional knowledge to autonomously lead healthy, balanced and resilient lives.
By empowering individuals, we contribute to building stronger, healthier communities capable of finding solutions to the pressing issues of our time based on the shared values of our common humanity.

Our educational programs are open to all individuals, regardless of age, physical condition, professional background, or prior experience. By fostering inclusive and intergenerational learning environments, we ensure that the transmission of traditional knowledge related to well-being remains accessible, participatory, and culturally empowering.
At the core of our work lies the belief that education in holistic well-being—rooted in diverse cultural traditions—can be a powerful driver of individual and collective empowerment. By offering tools, perspectives, and lived experiences centered on self-care, balance, and personal development, we support participants in making informed choices regarding their lifestyles, emotional harmony, and overall well-being.
We promote respectful and culturally grounded knowledge exchange that honors the diversity of wellness traditions—including both traditional and contemporary approaches. By fostering dialogue at the community level, we encourage mutual understanding and complementarities between different ways of supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
This approach contributes to the recognition of traditional practices as vital cultural resources for well-being, aligned with global efforts to promote equity, cultural diversity, access to well-being, and sustainable development.
We have developed a two-fold strategy centered on education and the preservation of traditional medicine as an essential component of living intangible cultural heritage.
Through the implementation of immersive workshops, retreats, and community-based open days, we facilitate access to ancestral wellness knowledge systems rooted in various cultural traditions. Transmitted across generations, these practices embody holistic, community-centered approaches to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

BRIDGING TRADITIONS FOR HOLISTIC WELL-BEING
An exceptional therapist and teacher, Rahul Bharti is a being of joy and remarkable presence.
Introduced at the age of 7 to Nuad Phaen Boran (traditional Thai massage), which he mastered by the age of 9, he has devoted over 40 years to researching, deepening and passing on ancestral knowledge based on a precise understanding of the human body, energies and traditional medicines.
Trained by various Gypsy communities and indigenous peoples in Sri Lanka (Vedda First People) from the age of 9 to 10, in Australia (Aborigines) and Canada (First Nations settled in Alberta), in renowned institutions in Thailand and India, and by masters from all over the world until he was 17, he has dedicated his life to the study of life and the human being in all its dimensions.
This extraordinary journey has enabled him to develop, enrich and pass on millennia-old therapeutic techniques for treating the human being as a holistic ecosystem.
Rahul Bharti began by specializing in therapeutic massage, which enabled him to work with people with severe disabilities (following serious accidents, strokes, viruses and auto-immune and neurodegenerative diseases attacking the nervous and musculoskeletal systems), particularly in Iceland.
He is also a master of shamanic healing, which uses the energy of the human body through the application of the hands, supported by the use of Tibetan bowls and a detailed knowledge of the energy system and the physical body.
Psychologist in the Asian tradition, he also works with people suffering from psychological and psychiatric disorders, such as depression, burn-out, dissociative identity disorders, etc.
His mastery of the Vedic and Ayurvedic sciences enriches his practices with an in-depth knowledge traditional Asian pharmacopoeia.
Training courses, conferences and open days play a crucial role in safeguarding and developing traditional ancestral medicine. By promoting these educational initiatives, Rahul Bharti not only encourages the transmission of traditional knowledge as a living intangible cultural heritage, but also the harmonious integration of these methods in a contemporary context, paving the way for greater well-being, understanding and balance in the body and emotions.
His goal: change through action! Rahul Bharti encourages everyone to take charge of their own lives and health. In the case of illnesses, physical or psychological ailments, he presents his diagnosis and proposes appropriate solutions that not only target the symptoms but also the causes, the roots of these disorders.
Rahul Bharti proposes a global reading and analysis of the human body, in order to take a transversal and holistic approach to health.
Far from proposing a confrontation between different sciences, he believes in the mutual enrichment of medical practices through dialogue and the exchange of knowledge and best practices. Therefore, he consistently recommends that individuals seek a second opinion from a qualified Western medical practitioner in order to minimize potential health risks.
