5 Day Workshop: The Anatomy Within: Soul, Body & Energy

A five-day journey of embodied inquiry, movement, and personal reflection.
This workshop invites you to explore the deeper meaning of your life through the lens of soul, body, and energy. You’ll study the rhythm and structure of your physical and energetic systems, and work with practical tools to support emotional release, clarity, and daily alignment.
Together with Rahul Bharti, participants engage in foundational questions:
Who am I? What is my mission? If today were my last day, how would I choose to live?
This is not a treatment. It is a space for inquiry. The work is gentle, grounded, and accessible to all levels. You’ll leave with practices you can implement to feel well, live with intention, and reconnect with your inner compass.

The workshop will be conducted in simple English, with French translation provided.
Optional Lunch / Déjeuner optionnel
For your comfort and convenience, we offer a freshly prepared, plant-based, gluten-free, and fully organic lunch on-site throughout the course, lovingly prepared by passionate cook Han de Meulemeester.
Lunch is optional but highly recommended, allowing you to relax and stay present without needing to leave the venue.
The cost for lunch is €100 for the full course (5 lunches). Payment details will be shared closer to the start of the course. The lunch fee is separate from the course fee (€790).
Participants are also welcome to make their own arrangements if they prefer.
Lunch will be offered subject to a minimum number of participants.
